Today has been by far my most active day. I still get very fatigue while being up and around. Feel great while lounging in my recliner with my big swollen body. No need for alarm, this doesn't seem to concern the doctors, I have cankles!
The physical therapist had me walk up a flight of stairs today and everything went okay. She also gave me my exercise regiment for the next 3 months. Sad thing is I will not be swimming in my pool this summer at all, just observing. But after 3 months I can golf, skydive, hunt, bowl, play soccer, etc...
That shower sure felt good today.

ReplyDeleteGood morning Frank. Both Father Joe and Deacon Mike were thrilled at your wonderful news and wanted me to tell you and Susan that the prayers were still coming. Sure you're still fatigued, ya nut! I remember when you first started driving...just a few years ago. :P You never walked to the car...you never walked anywhere...you RAN. "Filthy Frank" was always on the run. My mother used to worry about that...but that was just you. I know you have therapy...but take it easy and hopefully you won't feel as fatigued.
